Further Education Term Dates

Term dates for the 2023/2024 academic year 

Autumn term 2023:

• Tuesday 5th September 2023 to Wednesday 20th December 2023
• Half-term: Monday 30th October 2023 to Friday 3rd November 2023.
• Christmas holidays: Thursday 21st December 2023 to Monday 8th January 2024

Spring term 2024:

• Monday 8th January 2024 to Thursday 21st March 2024.
• Half-term: Monday 12th February 2024 to Friday 16th February 2024.
• Easter holidays: Monday 25th March 2024 to Monday 8th April 2024

Summer term 2024:

• Monday 8th April 2024 to Friday 12th April 2024
• Half-term: Monday 27th May 2024 to Friday 31st May 2024.

The above are term dates for full-time courses. Some courses can continue beyond the end of the summer term and term dates for higher education courses can differ to these term dates. Courses may be run during holidays, on evenings and on Saturdays over the academic year.

Please note the following date is a Staff Development Day and no classes will take place: 21st December 2023
